The following terms and conditions comprise the general agreement between EssaysLeader.com and a customer who chooses to use EssaysLeader.com website.  The customer assumes total responsibility  accepting the Terms and Conditions of this document. The Customer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions herein stated.  By entering EssaysLeader.com website the customer  agrees to abide by all rules and policies posted on any part of this website.

If EssaysLeader.com decides to alter or revise the regulations, terms of this agreement or make any other changes, they shall be posted on the site  within this agreement and take effect immediately.  It is the customer’s responsibility to remain informed of any such revisions.

Copyright

EssayLeader provides various services and products  in the form of written works.  The customer agrees that such works are the property of EssaysLeader.com and are protected by current copyright law and intellectual property regulations.  Products ordered by customers are to be used only as model writing which the customer is originally producing.  The customer agrees to follow the policy of EssaysLeader.com that no product ordered and received by the customer from EssaysLeader.com will be submitted without proper source referencing.  The customer will further  not use any products from EssaysLeader.com for commercial purposes, as this will violate additional law and subject the customer to legal action.  EssaysLeader.com does not promote academic cheating or plagiarism.

Indemnification

The customer shall not accuse EssaysLeader  in any way for any legal action or other negative consequences incurred as a result of use/misuse of EssaysLeader products and services.  The customer further agrees to stay behind EssaysLeader.com should EssaysLeader.com be named in any legal actions.  If the customer shall brake any provision of the Terms and Conditions total indemnification does apply.

Refund Policy

We will do complete refund  if:

• Plagiarism has been detected  and proved

Communication between a Customer and EssaysLeader

The customer accepts complete  responsibility for providing EssaysLeader.com with a correct e-mail address for communication.  Generalized notices shall be posted on the EssaysLeader.com website and any  personal communication with each customer shall be hold via e-mail.

Termination of Order

Occasionally, EssaysLeader may determine that the  order is to be terminated.  If this event should occur the customer shall be notified accordingly and a full refund shall follow.  EssaysLeader in all instances, attempts to follow all the  instructions given by a client and will terminate an order if it is unable to do so.

In the event a client believes that his/her original instructions have not been fulfilled during the order fulfillment, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify EssaysLeader.com of the issue within 48 hours of receipt of the product.  If EssaysLeader has not followed the original instructions of the customer, EssaysLeader.com shall qualify the product as appropriate.  If the customer does not contact EssaysLeader.com within 48 hours, the sale is considered final, and any revisions subsequently requested by the customer shall only be done at additional cost.  The client may not alter instructions after the final product reciept without additional payment.
