Essay
International and Domestic Political and Cultural Based Threats

Introduction

Dialectical thesis about the transition of quantitative changes into the qualitative  ones is fully applicable to the PRC. China has become one of the determining factors of global economic development, becoming an influential regional power in East and Central Asia, including the Korean Peninsula. It seeks to achieve the level of global political force able to influence the creation of a new world order.

The basis of the changed international position of China consists in the growth of its economy as a result of market reforms and integration into the world economy. Building strategic power and the consolidation of the international position and the growing influence of China. These process take place along with maintaining the communist rhetoric and Communist Party’s monopoly on political power in China, and it sometimes influences the global market-democratic community. The theme of “China threat” is widely covered in the global political science, journalism, in the speeches of politicians of different ideological orientation. As a rule, it is a direct threat to world development from China. Less developed than the theme of the threats and challenges to China, the risks facing the Chinese leadership that can lead to a deep crisis (through the channels of the growing interdependence of China and the global economy and politics) and a negative impact on the state of world commodity and equity markets on a global and regional political stability. This topic shows an increased interest in the Chinese leadership itself.

Analysis and Predictions

The main prediction about the treats to China is that without adequate response from the government, the country will inevitably be in severe crisis. On the other hand, the new Chinese leadership, despite propaganda of “mainstream” that emphasizes the growing success of his country, it is possible to notice the challenges ahead and show the ability to solve them.

The most dangerous foreign economic “detonator” of the deep crisis in China could worsen the situation in global financial markets, which would have to be active at the time of the liberalization of China’s financial and monetary sector in 2005-2006. The national stock market has not won the confidence of the international renminbi yet — in the case of repetition in a particular embodiment, the Asian financial crisis and the collapse in global financial markets – would lead to a chain of dramatic events in China. This refers to the collapse of stock markets, the increasing problem of “bad loans” of the bank bailouts, the exhaustion of national foreign exchange reserves, as well as the outflow of foreign capital, repeated devaluation of the yuan, and the external debt crisis. Such a scenario would turn the conflict between the haves and have-nots, between the center and the regions, between rich and poor eastern western provinces in antagonisms. On this basis it can grow nationalism, nationalism, including private equity, which would require the closure of the Chinese market in order to shift the majority of their problems on foreign capital.

Political Problems of the Contemporary China

The political problems of the country are currently focused on the ways how the government of one of the most prosperous countries in the world would have to address the environmental issues appeared in China. According to the Chinese economists, the process of regionalization of China went so far that, in fact, this country is on the verge of collapse. The environmental crisis in China is a more than obvious. It threatens not only many kinds of economic activity, but above all, quality of life, safety and public health of the citizens.

The environmental safety and resource supply is the essential issues the social contradictions are concentrated on. At the same time, Chinese environmental problems go far beyond national borders. They, at least, affect the north of Mongolia, and, in the southeast Korea is impacted. However, in a more broad meaning, it is inherent in the global nature.

Existing constitutional provisions and laws, to maintain ecological safety, are performed poorly. Due to the ongoing extensive economic growth and more wasteful patterns of consumer behavior of many people reclamation activities are not kept pace with the destruction of the natural environment. Local governments are mainly interested in the rapid economic growth and pay little attention to its adverse effects, often creating insurmountable barriers to the dissemination of environmental rules and regulations. Especially, it is vitally important to mention that many of them are not put into a single system and often are temporary. On the country, there is, in practice, no public control over the actions of the authorities and entrepreneurs, causing irreparable damage to the environment.

Terrorism

Currently, the problem of combating international terrorism is very serious. Terrorism has long ceased to be an internal problem of one state, it really is one of the greatest threats to the  mankind. In this connection, this problem may be given a global status. The struggle against international terrorism for a long time is the entire world community challenge. However, the fact that the view on the international terrorism in almost all countries is the same, and is sharply negative, though there are some differences in the understanding of the problem. In order to clearly present the position of China it is necessary to consider the following points: the official position of the state, public opinion and the actual activities of the country’s struggle against international terrorism.

The official position of China on the international terrorism is negative and have a tendancy to elaborate the ways how to cease it. China hass actively expressed their views on this issue, without ignoring a single attack. Hence, after the events of September 11, 2001, China made a number of statements condemning terrorism and terrorist acts.

China does not occupy the position of a detached observer in the fight against international terrorism. This state is not only showing sympathy towards other countries, and, also actively fights against it by taking a series of effective measures. Thus, China is a part of the countries-members of the SCO, one of the priorities of which is the fight against terrorism, separatism and extremism.

With regard to the views of people in China in the fight against international terrorism, they, by virtue of the existing regime, may not differ from the official position of the state. Certainly, the Chinese are strongly endorse, and, as a consequence, support any initiatives of the leaders of the country on this issue. In turn, the Chinese government is trying to involve the local population in the fight against terrorism. Thus, for instance, during the Olympic Games for the public system was introduced incentives in the amount of 70 thousand dollars for information about terrorist acts.

It is possible to conclude that China condemns international terrorism in all its manifestations. The point of view of China on this issue remains unchanged. This is confirmed as a statement of China’s leaders in the media, and support provided by the authorities in China to victims of international terrorism States. Residents of the Chinese strongly support their government undertakings. In recent years, China has made significant progress in addressing this issue, more and more tightening measures to combat international terrorism.

Culture

For a long time, until the 16th century, China was one of the most advanced civilizations on the planet. Chinese are the people who believe that the traditions, conservatism and innovation are tightly integrated with each other, and to separate one from another is perhaps impossible. That is why China can meet so many paradoxes of one square centimeter, as nowhere else in the world. The Chinese are not only the most numerous, but perhaps the most cleanly people in the world: laundry is one of the most favorite of the two sessions (the second is cooking) .Ruki they wash thoroughly, not only before but also after a meal. Before you consume inside a vegetable or fruit, the Chinese deep fried it in boiling sunflower oil. The only exceptions are tomatoes. They are eaten raw in China, but with sugar. A dirt from apples and pears there from time immemorial is purified with the skin. All this – the basic safety precautions caused the climate patterns of Gdańsk. Under conditions of heat and humidity 100% infection proliferate in an incubator. To protect them from their food, the Chinese pour into it a huge amount of spices that are great antiseptic.

As reported by Radio Liberty, for the past 10 years, China’s population has grown by almost 12 per cent (1.07% growth per year) and amounted to 1 billion 295.33 million people. In the only Hong Kong (Hong Kong) and the number of Macao residents is 7.2 million, and Taiwan – 22.28. It turns out that since then, in 1999 conducted the last census, the number of Chinese people has increased by 5.83 million people. In short, the situation threatens a catastrophe, but the Chinese authorities have to conduct tough demographic policy. So much so that urban families are allowed to have only one child, a peasant — two, and then only in cases where the first child — a girl.
