Money-Back/Refund Guarantees

My main aim is to give a writing protection to everyone who needs it, and, as a part of this goal, my team works hard to deliver exactly what the customer has ordered. Occasionally, there are issues regarding the order, and I have thus developed fair and reasonable refund and discount guarantees, both for the customer and for my professional writers.

Please read the policies and procedures listed below, so that you understand when and how refunds and discounts are considered. We assure you that only professional writers work on customers’ projects, meaning that there are extremely low chances that any issue will arise. At the same time, we highly value customers’ feedback on our work and will do everything possible to resolve possible misunderstandings.

As soon as you receive your order either through your personal profile or an attachment in the email, please carefully review your paper. If you see that some instructions were not followed, you have a right to request a revision for free during 48 hours after order completion.

Here is a brief explanation when a customer can rely on our refund policies. For more information, please check our “Terms of Use” page.

Occasionally, a client is billed twice during the ordering process.  If you see that your credit card reflects a double payment, or if you have received double receipts from a payment processing company (e.g., PayPal), contact us right away.  You will, of course, receive a complete refund of the extra payment.

If we have been unable to find exactly the correct writer for you, we will not proceed with your work. This is a rare event, but it has occurred. In this case, you will be given a full refund immediately.

If we have already assigned a writer to your order and you desire to cancel it, a partial refund will be applied. Please check our table with partial refund percentages on “Terms of Use” page.  In you are about to cancel the order, please contact us immediately!

If, for some reason, the work is not delivered to you according to the specified deadline, please contact our support team immediately. There might be several issues relating to the late delivery (e.g. our Financial Department did not verify the order because there is no payment receipt or customer did not provide timely clarifications regarding order instructions). However, we do have a refund guarantee if our writer failed to deliver the paper on time. To avoid issues with late delivery, please choose a correct deadline while placing the order.

You are not satisfied with the quality of the product. Our goal is to satisfy each client, and we take dis-satisfaction with quality seriously. For this reason, we ask you to be very specific regarding the parts and/or sections with which you are dis-satisfied.  Every client can use our revision option that allows sending a free revision request if our writer did not manage to handle original instructions. However, please mind that customers should not change or provide new instructions during the revision request. If you got the final version and still think that your order is not completed according to professor’s instructions, you can request a refund during 14 days after deadline expiry. Our Refund Department will check your claim during 3-4 business days and will send you an official report based on the quality check.

After receiving the order, please check it carefully to see if writer adhered to your writing guidelines. If not, please send a revision request during 2 days and your paper content will be adjusted for free. You are welcome to settle a new deadline for revision, but it may take up to 1 day to revise your paper.

Other Important Information

We want to avoid any misunderstandings and ask that you become an active participant in the completion of your work.

Once you have placed an order and a writer has been assigned, you need to communicate with your writer often and consistently.  If you don’t access your account page often, you will miss important messages from your writer regarding additional information or detail he or she may need to complete your work.

We ask that you review your instructions and be certain that you have supplied your writer with all necessary information and materials to get the job done right.  Failure to give your writer everything will delay completion, and we truly want to meet your deadline.  Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund, if customer failed to provide all order materials and instructions. Therefore, it is highly advisable to provide precise order instructions in the order form.

Please Note: You have 14 days from deadline expiration to request a refund. In terms of plagiarism issues, you can request a refund any time (as long as you send us a clear plagiarism report). Please refer to “Terms of Use” section for more details.
